Hi, I’m Lana, and I am here to be your Life Coach while you navigate your psychedelic life!

I am the most disciplined free-spirit you’ll ever meet. I have devoted my life to learning, evolving, and following my excitement. And, obviously, to psychedelics.

Ever since I started learning about the influence of core energy, I was able to finally move forward with my dreams: launch a successful podcast, become a highly skilled life coach, find an aligned community, and made the move into a purpose driven career.

When I am not sharing about psychedelics or coaching, I am probably dancing to electronic music, stomping around at music festivals, learning how to sew, reading books, sitting in ceremony, enjoying nature, watching character-driven TV shows, and learning patience from my cat.

  1. I weave in years of plant medicine experience and psychedelic expertise. I have partaken in over 30 Ayahuasca ceremonies, sat with master plant teach Iboga & learned about the Bwiti wisdom, embarked on a journey into non-duality with 5-MeO-DMT, completed several rounds of microdosing, and gone on countless psilocybin journeys.

  2. I am a rebellious free-spirit & free-thinker. I challenge the status quo and create my own rules; I literally help people break through boxes and limitations for a living.

  3. I am the also the most disciplined & grounded free-spirit you will ever meet. My ability to materialize ideas into form is exceptional. This is evident in everything I create and put out into the world.

    When you work with me, you get access to all of me, so I will use my training as a certified professional coach in our sessions. If topics around psychedelics come up, you will get access to my breadth of experience and knowledge in that.

  • This type of coaching is incredibly compatible with psychedelics and medicine work.

    There are various levels of energy starting at level 1 (which is victim consciousness), and going up to level 7 (creator consciousness).

    Level 6 and 7 energy are psychedelic levels of energy that are characterized by: pure love, egolessness, absolute passion, non-judgement, flow state, creation, synthesis, joy, and peace.

    Throughout the Core Energy Coaching process, your energy levels will increase and you will start living life from higher levels of energy.

  • Sessions are designed around the coaching goal of creating forward momentum by removing any (internal or external) barriers in your way.

    Each session is personalized and targeted, however they generally follow a structure.

    We start with a check-in to see how the previous week has been. Did you do what you said you would do?

    Then we define a specific goal for the session.

    The session unfolds and I ask you challenging and empowering questions that lead to perspective shifts, light bulb moments, and increased awareness and energy.

    Based on your new awarenesses and insights, we end with an action you feel energetically excited to take.
