046 | Microdosing Psychedelics & Empowering Citizen Science w/ Dr. Jim Fadiman & Adam Bramlage

Two microdosing experts come together today to bring you a wealth of information on microdosing psychedelics. It was an honor to have Dr. Jim Fadiman, a psychedelic heavyweight, and Adam Bramlage, microdosing coach, on the mic. This conversation goes beyond the basics to deepen your awareness around the practice of microdosing, and affirms that we the people are taking back our power and right to psychedelic substances.

Topics covered in this episode:

  • Citizen science and it’s crucial role in the microdose movement

  • Research into microdosing psychedelics

  • The “mechanism” behind microdosing

  • Historical use of microdosing and ancestral links to microdosing practices

  • Psychedelics for wellness, recreation, and human optimization

  • How to maximize results on a microdosing protocol

  • The correct dose for microdosing and finding your sweet spot

  • Stacking microdoses with other mushrooms and supplements

  • How microdosing changes as you do it for longer periods

It’s time we congratulate drugs for winning the war on drugs, because they won. Intoxication is a part of our lives, it’s a part of animal life. And to take that away is to take away a part of being human.
